Raw Foods: Sunflower Seed Ranch Dressing - To Your Health!

In a blender put 1 cup soaked (about 1-2 hours) and rinsed sunflower seeds, juice of one lemon, 1/2 cup chilled water, 1-1/2 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp of onion granules, and blend. Then add 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1-1/2 tbsp dried dill, blend again. Add more or less water to change consistency from dip to dressing.
